Club Jiva — Refund request, I am not getting proper response for that

I Shivali Chaturvedi wife of Mr. Nishant Chaturvedi I requesting here to please refund all money paid by my husband to culb jiva, as because **due to covid19 I lost my husband in April month**he was main earning person in my family so I am not able to use and maintain tirp with club jiva contract, we haven't used nor even started with this **It's my humble request to you please refund all money paid by my husband, it will be very helpful for my children education**, sir I am not asking any donation I am just requesting to refund my own money.
**I will always be thankful to you for your gratitude**.
