Dear Jiva Team,
I am writing this email to express my deep dissatisfaction with the services provided by your club. I had taken membership in your club with the expectation of receiving luxurious facilities such as a 5-star property, pick and drop services, and many more amenities. However, the services provided to me did not meet my expectations. Additionally, I did not get personal RM 24*7 support or room booking priority as well, as committed by the Jiva club team.
Moreover, the recent room provided to me is of a low category like 2 stars or less, and it does not meet my expectations. I am highly disappointed with the amenities provided, and I feel that I have been severely inconvenienced.
Therefore, I request you to change my membership to another ward that meets my expectations on an urgent basis, or I request you to cancel my membership altogether. The false promises made by the Jiva club team have had a highly negative impact on my overall experience, and I am left feeling deeply unsatisfied.
I would like to inform you that I am willing to take the necessary steps to file a complaint against your company with the consumer court if my concerns are not addressed in a satisfactory manner.
I hope you will take my concerns seriously and take appropriate action to resolve this matter. I look forward to hearing back from you at the earliest possible.
