The Customer Care of Club Mahindra responded with details in the e-mail stating that; We would like to draw your attention to clause 8.1 & 8.2 of the membership Terms & Conditions which states that, 60% of the total membership cost is towards Admission Fees which is non-refundable. The refund is applicable in the remaining paid amount on proportional basis post deducting - holidays taken and other gifts availed. Based on these clauses we have calculated your refund amount and the details are mentioned below.
