I applied for Club Mahindra membership in September 2022 and paid
Rs 33125 as initial payment. My membership (membership id 2988352) got activated on 7 Nov, 2022. As per discussion with sales representative (Rahul) of Club Mahindra, I had requested him to reserve the Club Mahindra room in Goa in October, 2022. On Nov 7, 2022 when the first installment was due, he told me that room is booked, however I need to pay the first installment to release the booking from the company end. I made the payment of first Emi of Rs 7464 in Nov, 2022. But even after about 20 days, when he did not give me confirmation on the booking, I contacted the company representatives. They told me that no such booking is made and also refused to provide the booking in their resorts on the requested dates (from 3 Jan, 2023 to 7 Jan, 2023). I found this membership is useless to us as I cannot avail the benefits at our desired time. Hence, I sent the email to company to cancel my membership and refund my money. However company is not willing to refund the money.
Please help me in getting the refund from the company.
