[Resolved] Cmc Academy Kodambakkam, Chennai — False promises and cheating

I had joined in cmc academy adyar for diploma in financial accounting on MAY 28, 2014. Before joining there, i went there to know the course details. When the person who so called the COUNSELLORS there said me the course details, i said my that i'm going to do CHARATERED ACCOUNTANCY. In my CA Institute, they said me to wait till my result comes. So to utilise the time gap i'm planning to do a course. The person who spoke to me also said that if i've a problem incase, he'll deal with it and refund me. Now the problem has come. The person whom i spoke with has left the place(resigned his job).Now MD of cmc adyar says that he didn't even inform me anything. If i need my money back i should make someone to join in that institution. Also the so called counsellor didn't even tell me the full details of various modes of payment. They are cheating there.

The issue is silent for morethan 10 months. Some amount of refund was agreed by them as per mail dated: 08.09.2014. Based on the above, we agree for the same. As insisted by CMC MD to remove the message, we have done so. As a gentelmen contract, the problem may be solved at the earliest.
