We are regular customers of cafe coffee day. We visit mainly south mumbai outlets at nariman point, marine drive, tardeo & others. We had a lady guest from out of india. We went to sea castle - marine drive on 25-07-17. We ordered two items to start with. Vanila caapucino (145/-) & toffee surprise (149/-). Toffee surprise (149/-) was charged at 280/-. Originally the bill was not given with details. Only on demand it was given & when enquired for big difference in charges, it was explained as add on which was never conveyed while taking the order. So we asked for correction but were told that the bill is already generated from system so nothing could be done. So i made them write on the bill itself. It was a very bad experience from a reputed outlet like yours which has a large chain of it throughout india. We were shocked & surprised with it. On top of that explanation &replies given were not expected. We didn't continue & left at once. Was this information helpful? |
