I am writing this mail with very disappointing feedback & commitment.
I have enrolled for "coral preventive family health package" with the sum of 16000 rs. From "cognate health services private limited".
In these plan they had committed me for lots of benefit & plans, but you have failed always & they have fooled me & one of my colleagues as well (My reference).
It is my request to you that please help me in getting my work hard money.
