On 06 jul 2015 at 1045am, i spoke to the representative of coinroots analysis on phone he told me that today case is being discussed by them and will get some solution and asked me to call him at 2 pm today. I told him that you refund my rs 1, 00, 000 / - principal amount and rs 18, 750 / - interest of jun 2015 as i want to discontinue because of your irregularity. I am calling him after 3pm today but he is not attending my call now. You are requested to help me to get my above amount on priority please. I am sending copies of axis bank receipts vide which i piaid amount in coinroots analysis a / c.

Updated by rajrohan Please refer my complaint dt 04 Jul and 06 Jul 15. After continuous efforts from my side, on 13 Jul 15 M/S Coinroots Analysis had sent receipt for Rs 50, 000/- which I had deposited with them on 02 Jun 15. As on date Rs 18750 interest is due with Coinroots for my total Rs 1 lakh for the month of Jun 15, which was supposed to be credited in my account on 30 Jun 15. The person named Kaushal (Mob No [protected]) from Coinroots confirmed on tele to me on 03 and 13 Jul 15 that he will transfer in total Rs 37500/- (Rs 18750 per month) for Jun and Jul 15 to my account on 30 Jul 15. Yesterday I.e. 20 Jul 15, I called him and asked him to give me in writing that he is going to pay me the interest on 30 Jul 15 without fail. He attended my call and replied that he is driving and he will call me back. After that he has not called me, but also not attending my calls since 20 Jul evening. In view of the above, I kindly request you to help me to get my Rs 1 lakh principle amount and Rs 37500 interest for Jun and Jul 15 ( total Rs 1, 37, 500/-) on 30 Jul 15 positively as I am not interested to continue with Coinroots because of their defaults and not responding attitude.

Updated by rajrohan Till date I have not received my amount. (Rs 1 lakh principle amount. and Rs 56250/- interest for Jun, Jul and Aug 2015 i.e Rs 18750/- pm. Please do the needful to refund my amount on priority.
