Coinroots Analysis. - Ahmedabad — NON RECEIPT OF MONEY BACK OFFER AMOUNT AND PRINCIPAL AMOUNT

1. I had paid an amount of Rs 50, 000/- through AXIS BANK to COINROOTS ANALYSIS (Current A/C No [protected]) against their receipt No OOOCR81 dt 28/04/2015 for a money back offer plan of monthly interest of Rs 9375/- from COINROOTS ANALYSIS. I have received their 1st.money back offer payment of Rs 9375/- on 29/05/2015. 2. On 02/06/2015, again I paid Rs 50, 000/- through AXIS BANK in the same A/C of COINROOTS ANALYSIS for which they had not sent their receipt till date to me. 3. The total amount I paid to COINROOTS ANALYSIS is Rs 1, 00, 000/-(Rs 50, 000/- on 28/04/2015 and Rs 50, 000/- on 02/06/2015). The representative of COINROOTS ANALYSIS, on 02/06/2015 confirmed me on tele that on average of both payments, I will receive. Rs 18, 750/- per month on 30th of each month. 4. On 30th Jun 2015, I comtacted the company representative over tele. he assured me that I will get Rs 18, 750/- on one or two days later (i.e. on 01/02 July 2015). 5. As on date i.e 04 July 2015, I have not received my money back offer interest amount Rs 18, 750/- (For Rs 1, 00, 000/-) neither I received my principal amount of Rs 1, 00, 000/- which I already told them on 02/06/2015 that I want to discontinue as they have not made the payment of interest of Rs 18, 750/- for the month of Jun 2015 till date. 6. Now the representative of the company is not atending my phone call or if attended one call in a day after my continuous effort of re-dialling 100 and above times, he is not responding correctly or not giving the exact time for my payment.. 7. In view of the above, I kindly request you to help me out to get my amount of Rs 1, 18, 750/- ( Rs 1, 00, 000/- as principal amount plus Rs 18, 750/- money back offer interest for the month of Jun 2015). I am providing all the documents for your further necessary action please.
