I had purchased a 29' Onida KY Theatre television in September, 2005, which had guarantee for four years. During the guarantee period too the equipment had some complaints which were promptly attended by the service providers. Immediately after the guarantee period that is in October, 2008, the equipment failed. With several complaints made to the company people the same was attended by their representative and finally informed that the coil winding and board of the equipment had compliants and they are helpless as the model is stopped by the company. Due to the non response of the company representative I had to forcefully hand over the machine to a private party who found out that the LOT of the machine as repaired continuously by through improper means thus leading to the major compliant. This act of the company not to respond to a valued customer is intolerable/ excruciating and causing great hardships to my family. I had purchased the machine by paying ready cash of Rs.24000/- and cannot again afford for a new one just in 4 years of time. Still the machine is non-functional. Efforts have been made to repair the machine several times but in vein. Kindly look into the matter and find out a solution at the earliest.
