I am a subscriber of 5 Network (www.fivenetwork.com )
In the first month I paid Rs 475 for a 256Kbps unlimited connection and I was enjoying the committed speeds.
After I renewed for the second month, I notice that I was getting speeds averaging 128Kbps and on a rare occasion it would touch 152Kbps. The irony is that from five network increased their tariff from 475 - 550 for that month.
Attached is a speed test for the connection, in the first month my results were
Download 0.32 Mbps
Upload 0.30 Mbps
Now I am getting
Download 0.18 Mbps
Upload 0.12 Mbps
Kindly help me get justice from this unscrupulous behavior.
