Dear Sir, We applied for Pan Card on 13 June 07 through UTI mutual fund in Borivali (West). application no:[protected], Processing fee coupon number is[protected].So far we have not received the PAN Card.We approached the above said office but never got a proper reply. I have left the ADFC PVT ltd (working for HDFC Bank Ltd) in year 2009 and there after I have submitted PF withdrawal form subsequently to local coordinator (HDFC Bank Ltd)
I have been advised by the local coordinator that it will take 3-4 months to get the funds from PF office.
However there after I have re-submitted the withdrawal forms thrice on advise of local coordinator at gurgaon.
But even after almost 15months my claim is not settled and no amount is refunded to me.
My PF account = MH / 43967 /16285
