I also submitted the withdrawal form to local coordinator in Hyderabad after working with this company from 2002 to 2007 but as on today after 6 Months my PF amount was not yet settled. I had visited many times but no use they are saying 9 months to get my money. If this is true then why we have to save our hard earned money In provident fund account. I had visited our local PF office in Hyderabad, they are helpless to sort this problem.. This company policy towards employees not at all good in growth of the employee or settlement issues.. I had submitted my request on 07.03.2008 with all papers ( PF ACCOUNT NO.MH / 43967 /1209 ) at hyderabad office.

I am requesting to concerned authority of this company to look into matter seriously and settled my PF amount at the earliest..

No response either by the Company nor by the PF Office. How long should i wait for the reply from the company or P.F.Ofiice.. This company is fooling the employee by showing growth expect and after that nothing, we have to wait for our settlement dues...

I worked with this organization near about 5 year & it was worst experience of my life

Since you have worked for 5 years you should get gratuity also. Were you paid with Gratuity by ADFC ? or not

I m also a resigned employee of ADFC. I had applied for withdrawl of PF in the month of Jun'08 but till date I have no clue of the status. I had submitted the request to my local HR cordinator Mr Mohan Menon(Kolkata). He has provided me the contact no and website address for checking the status but I can't get through the phone lines and cant find any kinf of status over the internet(www.epfindia.nic.in).

Even i had contacted my employer Adfc Pvt.Ltd for the reason of dealy in settlement, they just ignoring the employees and just telling us to contact PF office. When i contacted Hyd PF office they doesnt want to attend any query of Mumbai Pf accounts. I dont understand what is going on to PF account holders who are saving his hard earned money to get back in time.. In my case it is almost 8 months now, i am not getting any response from my employer or PF office for the delay..

HOW LONG SHOULD I WAIT FOR MY MONEY...

if you work above 60 month then you are eligible for gratuity if ADFC people are not paying you then you can file case in court against him.

i worked for ADFC near about 58 month but some of my friend get their gratuity from ADFC.

on this site i found that most of you are facing some problem with ADFC regarding his PF or Gratuity...i think you should file a case in court against ADFC and HDFC.

for this type of case lawyer will take only 200 to 1000 rs only

so my suggestion to all of you go to your lawyer and file a case against him.

ADFC Pvt Ltd — PF Remittance

I was working with HDFC under the payroll of ADFC. Last year I resigned from ADFC and I mailed Mr. Kailash Nath Mehra & Mr. Hemant to let me know the formalities for PF remittance but neither of them have bothered to respond back. I have no clues what I need to do to get the remittance.

Even I was working with HDFC Bank (not ADFC) my employee number is H0258. My wife Praveena who was working with ADFC (Employee Number 3437) raised a claim for PF settlement during Oct 2006 now it's Dec 2008 even now she is following it up.

When I spoke to them Mr. Amol (ADFC) he was not able to address our concerns I'm planning to take it severely against this irresponsible attitude of the company.

It's after all is hard-earned money of the employees. I was handling close to 15-20 ADFC staffs during my tenure in HDFC Bank. I know how worst HDFC Bank staffs treat ADFC employees.

ADFC is one of the worst employers in the world...

Guys please don't join ADFC it's better to be unemployed than joining this sick company.
