Aforeserve Ltd — Non refund of Money paid for Laptop Warranty Extension
Respected Sir,I have paid an amounf of 5000 INR to M/s Aforeserve Ltd. for extending my Compaq Warrenty 4 months back. Up on their receipt of amount, they mailed me saying that my warrety will be extended in 1-2 weeks. But after that, when i contacted them, they told me due to some technical problems t will take some more time. Even after one month, there was no responce from their side. Again up on contacting them , they told me that they are unable to process my request and my amount will be refunded soon. But, i tried to contact them several times to get the refund back. But i havent received the refund yet. What should i do further to get back the money ???
Even I faced the same problem for extending the warranty of my HP laptop, Finally after 3 months and after repeatedly calling them, I had my amount refunded. I am sure that they will not extend your warranty. If you are lucky they will refund your amount back, but you need to keep calling them.
I think we all should put a case aginst this company.
