deactivate my fun zone service immidiately ... I had subscrived for the fun zone through http://igmobi.com. ...
i dm not aware of how did i get messages from 54542..they r just text messages where my balance is getting reduced by rs.10 per every message that is being sent.please mail me the procedure to deactivate that service.
same here, could you tell me some means to unsubscribe the same

my mobile no [protected] was closed on june july 2009 due to non usage for three months i have ask for my deposits i am a old customer of airtel and many times i complain to customer care that i m not geeting the airtel bills regularly for which i m facing so much problem.
after closing my sim airtel has to refund my deposit on 1sept 2009 they have prepare the cheque till today 15 dec 2009 i still not get my deposit money i many times contact to customer care about my deposit till now i m not geeting a positive response from airtel pl tell where should to go

SIR I HAVE CONNECTION OF BROADBAND ABOUT 3 YEARS WITH INSTALLATION OF MODEM CONNECTION RS 1000/- I HAVE BEEN FACING PROBLEM FOR THE MODEM LAST MONTHS COULD NOT BE WORK PROPER LINKS ARE NOT STABLE IN THE MODEM BECAUSE OF FAULT & CAN'T REPLACE THE MODEM & NOT TAKE ANY ACTION FROM NODAL CENTER NONE SHOULD BE WORRIED ABOUT THIS PROBLEM. THEY CAN CHARGE A MODEM IN EVERY MONTH WITH A BILL I HAVE CALLED AIRTEL 25 TIMES , HAVE DIFFERRENT COMPLAINT NUMBERS, BUT NO ACTION, SURPRISING ?

I am Arya Priyavart.I have an issue .I bought a prepaid sim at go mobile Lajpatnagar Centre on 27/11/2014 at 12.00 pm.The

authorised person which is there told me that ur no will be start on 6.00 to 9.00 pm Tonite.But today still my no is not

activated .A person talked me on behalf of AIRTEL and told me that ur RTV is not positive while shopkeeper is telling that

he has RTV no.I went to AIRTEL CENTRE at LAJPAT NAGAR but i m surprised when the person who r on the payroll of AIRTEL told

me "U CAN DO WHATEVER UWANT.WE DIDNOT SELL THE SIM".I[censored] WANT TO GO TO CONSUMER COURT SO U CAN GO." He provide me this id

that i can mail u..I m surprised that is AIRTEL follow "CUSTOMER CENTRIC APPROACH" or "CUSTOMER ORIENTED APPROACH"? A

Customer I m very disappointed.Its my humbble request to you that please close this sim ASAP...I already paid 123 RS for

this sim and submitt my documents also..But now i want that u will help me and block the sim.

now i think my mobile no was trapped and contact details and conversation with my friends are also trapped.
calls with mobile no:[protected] and [protected] coming to friends, inlaws and enquiring abt me and my address.
this creating family problems

Dear all,

I have recently port my number from reliance to airtel just because of network issues with reliance.
I am using a Samsung galaxy A7 phone which has 4g supprt but may connection workwd good for one month.
Now in my second billing cycle i am facing a lot of problems with the network.
Many times my phone shows network errors and some times it has some registration issues.
In this regard i have registered a complaint with SR no.62095502 on 23-05-15 but that complaint is not resolved till date.
Today i.e on[protected] i have registered one more complaint with SR no. 62367347 for the same problem.
But your customer care executive told me that my old complaint is open till date so he can`t take my new complaint but i insisted him yhan he registered my complaint.
your executive told me that they have forwarded my complaint to the technical team but still i have not received any calls or visit from your technical team.
Kindly take this matter seriously or else i have to move on to some other service provider in search of good service.
As i`m facing a lot of problems with this connection.
and i need some compensation in my bill as i`m facing this problem for more than 15 days.
