Dear Sir,
I got my blackberry service activated on my Cell no. [protected] in Mar 2011 under the Rs 399/- p.m. prepaid plan. I was told at the time that my plan will be renewed automatically every month as long as a balance of Rs 399/- is available at the time of renewal, which has always been maintained. However, every month it is getting deactivated and I have to go to great trouble to reactivate it. In the present case, the Tech Support team is asking me to go through the process of reactivation by SMS which is a time consuming process.
The very purpose of having a BB for mails is defeated in the process due to this unreliable service provided by Airtel. Would request Airtel to please address the problem.
