i m kuldeep kaushik frm gwalior.I hv taken a connection from airtel which is a combo pack named SURF 699 last month,which is a dsl connection & landline no.is[protected].frm last 10days i went 2out of station, 2day i came bck n tried to call a colleague,when i picked the reciever up 2 the ear,the dial tone is off n i think that my phone is dead,then i checked the broadband connection ,its working bt their is no dial tone on my phone ,n i checked the connection n leads 2 bt they r all right.So pls.try to make up this complaint as soon as possible.

AirTel — Broadband connection dead
My broadband connection is dead since 11/11/2010. Ihave complained them twice on 12/11/2010 & 13/11/2010 vide complaiont no. 39746656. Every time they close the complaint by false comments like, connection already working, internal wiring defective without even visiting the premises. I am now fedup as how to get my connection restored. They dont take action even after talking to their supervisor.Suscriber:
