i have an internet connection of airtel plan 499 unlimited speed @ 64 kbps.which is sufficient for me .problem is that, for 50 mb file it is taking more than 6 hour downloading @3.24 kbps. i talked to service executive at no. 121. they told me that there is problem in under water line from U.K. & U.s.a, & every body is facing same problem, now i just want to know that is there any provision to get any reversal of funds from the service providers to all clients those who are availing services for this kind of poor services.Consumer is paying for services commited by service provider or for the problems. it is requested that u take action on my request as soon as possible. otherwise i wont be able to pay for that connection because from tuesday(9 june 2009 ) onwards i wont be having my computer system at this connection.
