Dear Sir,
I had applied for getting Airtel broadband connection on 5th October 2009. I have paid Rs.2600 during submission of application for 3 months (unlimited Rs.800/month plan). But subsequently my application was rejected on 7th October siting feasibility as reason. I logged a complaint and was told that I will be getting my money back within 15 days from the date of cancellation (7th october). But till now I have'nt got back my money.
I request you to please do the needful and return my money at the earliers.

Everytime I give a complaint to Airtel, I only receive a sms message saying that the issue will be resolved in 10days. I dont want anyone to call me. Please return my money at the earliest.
Also before taking the money please check for feasibility. You are keeping your unfortunate customers money for more than a month. Are you going to pay interest for that?
