My initial internet plan with airtel was a 1099/month plan due to some circumstances i had to change it to the 599/month plan but i clearly informed the customer care i wish to migrate to the 599 plan but instead he put me in the 598/month plan and its a limited plan while the 599 is an unlimited plan, as a friend of mine informed me that to verify my plan request so within half an hour of my initial request i called back to confirm but the representative said that the request had been taken for 598 and cannot be cancelled, well i dont think that a request can never be cancelled, still i applied a new request for 599, after a month instead of getting a bill of 599+taxes i got a 3648 rs bill , and when i called customer care for clarification they said that i had been charged on pro rata basis for 2 day had been in the 598 plan and hence was charged 3000 rs for two days.. is that ethical when i had called back and still informed them to change it back in half an hour.... i have not paid the balance amount as i dont think i can afford to blindly pay it up. all further details will be provided by me on request specifying. i hope a consideration is taken into the matter and i will be happy to oblige any service as deemed necessary Was this information helpful? |
