Actually I have internet problem (Restarting of net connection very frequently) in my home for past 4 months, and during these 4 months I have given more than 15 complaints to Airtel customer services regarding net and phone problem. Airtel Lineman usually comes to home and they just fix the fault temporarily. They said ‘The problem is with internal wiring and so fixing a splitter temporarily won’t create problem for six months”. OMG… It won’t sustain more than a week, sometimes not more than an hour. Do you know how irritating it will be when your net connections cut off when you have an important work? They said the same answer all the times, so I finally decided to give an alternate wiring. I think I had given 5 final complaints in which they promised that the problem will not occur again. But again……. I face the worst service from Airtel. They just give the connection as if they were providing free services (Kindly find the attached image Worstwiring.jpeg). They have given alternate wiring a week ago by spoiling my home. Do you know what happens then? I am still sitting before the system to see the rarely linking internet connection and am totally irritated now. I don’t know yet how many more complaints do I have to give Airtel customer services to fix this problem
