Right from the begining i`m airtel prepaid uaer.I have message offer of Rc49. .recently unknowingly that was recharged with RC60 i.e 60ps per call. now i want the message offer back.

It was a complaint on account mobile phone. It is a problem when i called customer care service they adviced me to enter mobile passward but i am unable to enter the enter the passward. so, please forward me my mobile passward either in my mobile no. or in my email address.
