Dear Sir,
I am using a no. [protected] with a plan AIRTEL DATA CARD 99 GPRS PLAN
WITHOUT VOICE from last june 2008. Since than I have not faced any
problem in any billing problem, as it is clearly mentioned in my plan 99
GPRS. I have take this corporate connection for GPRS purpose & it was told
me that you have to pay per month 99 + tax thats all.
I have gone through the bill in which lot o[censored]nnecessary charges are added
which I have not used. You are requested to correct my bill as per the
scheme AIRTEL DATA CARD 99 GPRS PLAN WITHOUT VOICE.
I talk to 121 more than 50 times but nobody solve my problem. Than I went to
your service outlet at shahdara, they told me that only 121 can help me
out, but 121 is not helping me this matter.Complaint no. 22112744
Than I have talk to 7070 & they confirmed me that as per my plan my
maximum bill can't exceed 99 + tax per month. The voice recording is

Second according to my plan the maximum bill be 99 + tax. I am paying bill
in advance even than my no. is disconnected because of payment due.
From last 6/6/2009 I am following this matter with AIRTEL but you people
are not least bothered about my complaint.
Now today I have receive a mail saying that the bill is o.k
I need your kind attention in this regard.
