My airtel broadband/landline connection has been dead since[protected]
I have made many complaints and repeatedl requests to the company to look into the matter. The status of the problem today is still: UNRESOLVED!
The details are given:

Result- marked as 'closed' on[protected] without any technician visit or problem troubleshooting

Result- marked as 'closed' on[protected] without any technician visit or problem troubleshooting

Problem still unsolved, new complaint no. issued for the same complaint: 23917634
STATUS: complaint open, no technician visit--no resolution to problem till date.
This reflects a really pity condition of the company, as it is unable to look in to very basic problems faced due to their technical incompetency to provide an active connection. Was this information helpful? |
