Airtel No. [protected].
I have lodged First complaint on Bizzare Pack which charged Rs.10/- on01.10.09 for non subscription of the above pack. Complaint No. is ROVAD[protected]. Airtel said will be rectified
and amount will be recharged on 06.10.09 not done till date.
Secondly again charged Rs.15/- on Bolly wood Fusion subscription. Complaint lodged on 08.10.2009 Complain No. [protected]. Airtel Said will be recharged and rectified on 13.10.2009. not done.
Frequently same thing is happening. It is very bad thing that when I said no any kind of subscription is required and no option is given why automation is going?. This is very bad process for money earning. Once again I request you to unsubscribe my all options. I was not opted any subscription.
