I am a prepaid customer of the AirTel from last 7 years and my cell number is [protected]. I am writing this complaint behalf of the 3 recharges for which I never received benefits.
I have recharged my account with Rs 151 + Rs 151 on 1/12/2012 Saturday and Rs 45 on 2/12/2012. In return I was suppose to get 500MB 3G data + 500MB 2G Data (For one 151 recharge) and 500MB 3G data + 500MB 2G Data (For 2nd 151 recharge). Leave 45 recharge for the time now.
But I didn't got any data credited to my account. Later I came to know that AirTel recharges have been changed as per TRAI policies or something which we don't know as I followed information which is placed at official Airtel website recharge page. It's still there and says that we will get 500Mb 3G+2G data, screenshot attached. When I called to customer care guys, they said that 151Rs recharge was never there(God bless them).
Now I know that 151Rs recharge has been changed to Rs 152 and I am following the same. But what about my money which I spent on above 3 recharges?
I have registered the complaint for the same on 3/12/2012 and Jayshree said that I will get call from them on 4th Dec but I never got any call. Here is the Complaint number : CONRC[protected]
All I want is that refund for my money for following 3 recharges :
1. Rs 151
2. Rs 151
3. Rs 45
Please refund my money or give me the benefit for above 3 recharges.
