this is vikrant arora and my customer id no. is [protected]...as i had asked for recharge at your customer care centre & from there one person visited at my place & he took cash of rs1200 from me & he told me that recharge will be done as soon as he will deposit this amount at his office by the time he has given me one card which i am enclosing with this complaint letter,..
plz take strict action against it...
