I am one airtel DTH user having customer id [protected] and mobile no [protected].I am getting issues with the service i.e for few channels there is no video/audio coming.With the same problem I called up customer care.The customer care guys are only concerned about error code.It seems they are not able to help in case it does not show any error code.He has set an appointment for a technical guy.He is telling me I need to pay Rs 100 for this.Why do I should pay when it's a service related issue.It is your responsibility to fix it.I recharge my account for getting uninterrupted service and it's your concern to provide this.So can you tell me why are you charging 100 rs for fixing your technical issue.If this is the case then I might think of discontinuing airtel connection and switch to better network.
