[Resolved]  Airtel — Disconnected using Airtel number without notification

I have couple of my Airtel Numbers [protected] and [protected] which has been disconnected for more than 15 days for a simple CUG transfer and Airtel customer care and local service center are totally unaware of what they are doing and the process. I am using those post paid numbers for more than 1.5 years. Airtel Headoffice knows all process and details but taking their leisure time telling silly reasons like server down and sent for approval. All my contact and official calls are linked with those number and Airtel is very careless even after escalating this issue to applet and nodal team and higher authority.

AirTel — Disconnected by Airtel

I had a airtel Connection and it is disconnected by you. my mobile number was [protected] ( The details billing address was - NIIT Technologies Ltd. 29 sudhaeson manjul marg, Kalkaji, New Delhi). it is disconnected by you since 1 yesr an 9 month ago. At that time I did not have any job and I could not able to pay my due ammount so it is disconnected. I thought I get job soon and I will pay my due ammount. But every thing is on luck. just 4 month ago I got a midium standard job. Now I can pay My minimum due ammount.

Would you please, consider my old case and send me details through mail and minimum due ammount. This time I would like to pay the minimum due ammount. Right now I am not carrying any mobile. and I have a connection which I have gift my wife. but this old story I did not disclose to any body. So I cound not send the mobile number.

So, I therefore, Request you to kindly send me the details soon.

AirTel — DISCONNECTED

Dear sir,

My self Iam naidu working as a Manager for Citi diagnostics, we are using Airtel postpaid i.e +91-[protected] connection since june 2009 on company name, one our previous employee has taken the airtel postpaid connection on his name i.e [protected], and address was mentioned in that is citi diagnostics, barkatpura, hyderabad, he had given alternative no is +91-[protected], so recently he left from the organization, his own number is having over due, Airtel people asking us to pay the outstanding amount his personel number and also they disconnected the service for company number. when i called to the customer care people they are saying address was matched so they disconnected the service for company number.

I request you to take the serious action on airtel people and strictly warn them to again dont repeat for other peoples and kindly do the needful.

AirTel — No disconnected

I was having a Airtel prepaid connection for the last 4 years.Now i am moved to delhi for my Job.Now when i returned home and tried using my orissa no its showing that this is not in use anymore.
Airtel has diconected my connection without informing me.
Could u please arrange a process so that i can get my number back as this meant a lot to me.

Now i am at delhi ,so please arrange athe same for me .

AirTel — Disconnect of number

Respected Sir,
I opted for Mobile Number Portability of my number[protected] from idea to airtel on 23/02/2011. I have submitted the same proof which is with my previous operator . I received an SMS on my idea sim that my number will be ported to airtel on the midnight of 28/02/2011. On 04/03/2011 , my airtel sim started working , but in the evening , the network went away. When i contacted airtel customer care , they responded that my number is permanently disconnected without assigning me any reason. My this number was working for the last 4 years due to which i am facing lot of problems. So, Its my humble request to look into the matter.

AirTel — Disconnect

Dear Sir,

I was purchase an AirTel Sim No.[protected] Mobile no – [protected] Before 6 months now my SIM is disconnected without any SMS or call. We submitted all required documents when we purchase the SIM. As par your customer services center they told us we not submitted the require documents.
Now my question is how you allow any person in our country to use any SIM without verification. It is break our securities.


Reply fast about this matter your CCE is now disconnect my calls after listion my complain.
