Dear Sir,
On dt. 14th May 2011 when I"m checking my Balance I opt. on my mobile *123# than I got a massage on my mobile for Hello Tune song press 578785(tollfree).
And I press the same no. and after listening some songs I disconnect the phone without pressing any option. After sometime my balance reduced by Rs. 20/-
When I called to Airtel customer care [Mr. Ajay] ref. no. chtwc[protected],
he rudely said you had pressed the 2 and choose the hello tune. and I said to him that I had not pressed any button but he did not listen me. when I asked him for any other customer care service no. he said in hindi "Yahi ek customer care service no hai baki Aagge Khaaee Hai" the way he was talked I get upset and I request him to deactivate my hello tune right now.
Kindly suggest me what to do?
