Dear Sir/Ma'am,
The recharge options given on the Airtel website and the actual recharge which is done is not the same.
On complaining, I was told that the customer centers are informed of the change in rate plans.
Do they expect all the customers all over India to go to customer centers to know what recharges gives them what plans?
And such is the pathetic state that they claim of sending an sms which according to them stated the change in rate plans. Total nonsense.
I also tried connecting to the supervisor to which nobody answered. I simply want my money to be credited back to my account.
