i was using a airtel mobile corporate connection with a yearly rental. when my rental expired they called me up asking for renewal. i asked them for some other bill plans. people at customer care had no information about corporate plans neither they had any information about the people who could provide me an information regarding the issue. meanwhile the due date had passed by & i called up the customer care to continue bill plan 699. but they told that i con not continue the bill plan as the sue date had passed. after my attempts for 10 days (or more) my request was registered. but it still took them 1 month to initiate the services that too when i insisted that i will not make payments for the outstanding amount until processing for the request would be over. i wanted a waiver on the rent and other charges which were imposed on me during this period. but it was not given to me, also they have a bunch o[censored]seless jerks working for them who dont even know how to speak with the customer. they do listen to customer and use abusive language at their costumer relationship center.
