on dec 2, 2010 i purchased new cell nokia C3-00 and my complaint regarding this is as follows>>
as per the scheme airtel have to provide me some net data for net surfing and downloading i.e. 2gb per month, continuesly for 6 months. but this data has not been given to me till date.
i made call on 198 several times, they filed my complaints on these dates 6 dec, 9dec, 13dec, 14dec.
But no action has been taken so far. Finally i made my cell recharged with rs 98 and started using net.
But what about the promises airtel have made with your customers for providing free internet surfing.. this is totally a cheating sir. and i discussed this matter with the nokia consumer care also but they said to me that this is the responsibility of airtel customer care executives to take some action regarding this service.
So i request you to do something in this maatter.

with Rs 197 a monthly plan which was successful & my account has 2 GB balance but unable to access internet service.I talked to Airtel customer care twice, they didn't solve the problem.
