Hi,
I had done a Rs.75/- refill on my Airtel mobile connection on April 22nd 2010. After an hour, Airtel guys changed my tariff plan with out any prior information. I have been following up with several customer care executives till date. But, I always got false promises.I have spoken with several Senior Supervisors / officers various times but all in vain.
On 23rd April 2010, I spoke to senior officer SANDESH. He took my complaint & accepted the fact that it happened due to AIRTEL'S fault and also apologized stating that I will get my tariff plan back in 48 hours.When I followed up again on 26th, I got an awful reply that Airtel do not provide service to any of its customers on weekend's. This was the statement by another senior supevisor Mr.Mudadsar.
This particular gentleman was unable to resolve my query & he forwarded my call to Mr.Naren Patel. As expected, I received false commitments from him too.
I am literally pissed up with this kind of support / feedback received from one of the established organization in Telecom Industry. This is simply pathetic & absurd replies.
I need to sue Airtel big time.Airtel have cheated me.
Please let me know what steps are needed to be taken further.
