Complaint : MISMATCHING OF DOCUMENTS AND OWNER BY AIRTEL OFFICE.

I was using mobile no. [protected] from last 3 years. 3 years ago, I had purchased prepaid airtel sim card of mobile no.[protected] on my name. At that time documents were mismatched by airtel office. Now that sim card was damaged but i hav that sim card no. H-[protected]. So I want to purchase on my name but airtel office was not giving me services for that.

Details of the Sim card :

1.Name of the Subscriber - Ishwar Balu Bhamre

2.Address on which the connection has been taken - N. T. P. S. Colony New E 39/6 Eklahare Colony. Nasik Road. Nasik.Maharashtra.

3.Document submission date - june- 2008

4.ARC / Dealer Name and Address where document was submitted - Santosh Dhadiwal. Dhadiwal kirana Store. Godavari Sankul. Shop no. 5.In front of of Sanjivani college of Engineering. Kopargaon. Dist. Ahmednagar. Maharashtra.

5.Document details - Driving license, Pan card & 2 Photos

Dear Sir,

I Had Purchased sim card of mobile no. [protected] on my self name only, I got Call from your officer but i did not satosfied with that he was telling me that you had purchased from kirana store and not from airtel gallery. so why you are providing to sale airtel sim to other general store or kirana store,

My issue is that i want to purchase the duplicate sim of that no.[protected] on my name.because i had purchased on my name only.

So, Please give me a right feedback or its solution otherwise i will take another action for that.
