Respected sir,
Myself Punith Kumar, I am a prepaid customer for Airtel network from last 3 years, I have been using the Airtel sim with mob no [protected]. From Jan 06, 2011 morning around 8 AM my network is showing a message as 'Invalid SIM", on inquiring with the Airtel customer center I came to know that my mobile no is swapped and the SIM no longer exists in my name. Earlier around a month before I had submitted my address and identity proof at Airtel customer care center present in New Sayyagi Rao Road, Mysore the application no : 7024839.
Now I have provided enough proof of my recent call history, recharge amount and address proof and brought a new Sim with the same no by paying Rs 49/- . now my concern is new SIM is not yet activated and I am out of contact, also I would like to know below details
* How my mobile number got swapped ?
* Who made that and who is the person had this number?
* From which customer service center this mobile no was swapped ?
* Is your network so week that any one's SIM can be swapped ?
I would like to file a complaint with Airtel customer care, kindly find below details and I will appreciate if returned with solution to my concern at the earliest
