Airtel mobile connection — no connectivity

For the past 3 days, I have not been getting any network on my mobile connection. Yesterday, the network got restored in the evening at Kalaghoda, but after coming back to my residence at Prabhadevi, I still do not have network.

I have rung up three times today (July 20th 2008)and registerd a complaint with [protected]. None of the answers I got were satisfactory. They have all claimed that the network was restored, but that there was a congestion.

This is untrue. Even the name of the service provider cannot be manually invoked. Even if it can, I get a message saying "operator not found" or "no access".

This is acutely distressing, as I am badly losing out on business communications. Kindly help.

Airtel mobile connection — bad connectivity

dear sir,
i am the customer for the airtel connection pre-paid since last 66 months initially the connection was ok
but since last 2 years the connection at my residence has gone to zero u can call it as dead connection, still i am continuing the service, it would be kind enough that u do something (THAT IS INSTALL SOME ANTENNA OR SO at the residential area here so thatwe can have some good times talking on our mobiles.

Bharti Airtel — non-connectivity of mobile phone

inspie of payment of bill on due date my outgoing and incoming services have been deactivated.message sim card registration failed.

AirTel — No connectivity

I am using the AIRTEL no [protected] since last four years. Since last few months there is lot of connectivity problems like call drop, most of the time phone is shown out of reach and many more. In this regard amny complaints were registered but no satisfactory action taken by AIRTEl.

I am post paid subscriber since last 10 years . My cell no. is [protected] . Since last few months, i cannot receive any call when i enter my office at 9a, marquis street kolkata 700016 . Connectivity is ok elsewhere . Previously, i had no problem even in my office .
I have complained to Ms. Novnita sitting at your Park St office opposite Park Hotel. But she has been unresponsive .
I completely agree on the harassment mode being followed ny this service provider.

They are into business and do nto bother on customer complaints at all!!!

just worry on their profits and money collections.

what is the use of a fleet if customer care unit when they do nto CARE about customers?

NOT ABLE TO MAKE OUTGOING CALLS / INCOMING CALLS ONCE INSIDE MY HOUSE


SIR,
1. I have 2 Airtel Connection([protected], [protected]) at home, KOLKATA, West Bengal Circle since Dec 2008
2. I am not able to make any OUTGOING CALLS / INCOMING CALLS from airtel number once inside my house.
3. I contacted the airtel customer care regarding this problem of outgoing calls. SEVERAL complaint was done by me us, they come back saying complaint is resolved but same problem continues.
4. But it was not solved and without taking any confirmation from me they resolved my complaint as solved.
5. I got 2 falls calls to inform me that the problem was solved, but still the problem is as it was.
6. Even after my repeated reminders about my compliant they have taken least interst in this case and not solved this yet.
7. This is causing a great inconveneine for me as whenever there is a call i have to rush out of my house, which is not the case with BSNL mobile.
8. Whenever i call your call centre they ask me to change handset , switch off and switch on again. But pls inform them problem lies with their connectivity and not handet.
9. So please kindly look into the matter and solve this problem and help me utilising my full rights.

i have ported my number from reliance to airtel. its been 20 days and the connectivity of my cell phone is so bad that i cannot even talk to the "customer care". i have complained to the customer care 4 times, through the reatiler and other people having the airtel connection,but nothing has been done in this context.

I can only sympathize and feel sad and sorry for all those customers who decide to leave their existing service provider and join Airtel.

I have suffered for 6 long years and still they are not allowing me to port out.
