Airtel — Additional Charges of website Builder Plan

I have been forced to pay Rs 250/ month for some website builder plan. I have repeatedly registered complaint's to airtel [Complaint nos 45422138 , 44343836]. but they always give me these nos and says that in next month 's bill the amount will be adjusted. For the last 3 months they haven't given back my money.

My biill no for last 3 months are

The connection is on the name of Dolly puri.
