Airtel — not delivering bills and disconnecting

I am using airtel mobile service from long time. but from last two years, airtel is not sending me bills on my given address which is confirmed with airtel. after calling Customer support the are sending me duplicate bills of three to four months after my request. which also not get delivered many times. i am facing lot of problem due to this. after requesting i always get an sms of bill delivered which is fake. i already given a complaint many times for (In last month only, four times) . nobody is taking any responcilblity and giving me feedback. the courier service which airtel is using may be that much cheap, that bills are not getting delivered. also as i was requesting bills from last two months, airtel disconnecte my line for bill payment. but they din't solved my issue. still i am facing this problem and couldn't get bill for this month also.

Airtel nowdays start giving bad service, which feels me to port to vodaphone service.

i hope any body will solve my problem from airtel.

Airtel Mobile Service — Delivery of bills

Sir,
From last three months I am not getting my Airtel Mobile bill, though I am getting bill alart SMSs from them, and I am making payment.
There is no satisfactory reply from their customer care, as they promise to arrange call back, but not comming. When I make complain for not receiving the bill, they simply say you will be charged for sending duplicate bill. I told them, you can charge me double the amount but it should be with prove of delivery.

One has the right to know how he is charged before making the payment.
Please help me.

on 25th May.08, i got the written communication from Airtel about the billing plan.
up to date, i am getting bill under other Plan.
as of now both outgoing and incoming calls are barred..

please help me to resolve problems.
