I had lost my phone and had taken a new sim from Airtel on 18-Jul-2009.
They had told me my outgoing calls will be activated within 8 hrs.
But today is 22-jul-2009.
I had called the Customer Care more than 100 time in this period.
They give me inconsistent information.
Some one say my outgoing services are on, some say its barred. Each time they say it will be activated within 4 hrs.
I had talked to their senior officials too. But no one is responding and my outgoing services are not yet working. They put calls on hold for 2-3 mins as they wish and often hang-up without responding. Inspite of repeated calls no one is willing to do their duties and keep forwarding the request from one person to other but without any use.
Is there any way that I get a compensation for the harrasement caused by AIRTEL to me.
I beleive they have harrased many people in same ways.
