Dear Sir,
I am sivashankar my mobile no is [protected] -prepaid.When i bought this no the scheme is budjet plan ( 0.60 per local airtel, 1.00 for other mobile and 0.25 paise for message). After that i get updated of 6years life time offer valid up to 11 july 2011.Here the problem is i am unable to use rate cutters for my no.I want to know whats the wrong with my no.And help me by chaging plan

I have continuing paying more than approximate 1000+ rent in a single month and I have already been Harassed since last more than 1 month because I have called 21st or 22nd May for changing my GPRS Bill Plan Changed and deactivate my all vas
(Hell Tune, Radio Mirchi, SMS Pack etc.)
But while I was called at 21 June to know about the bill plan and how they are generated my bill over 1700 without any use so much I was not getting reply from your side. Then I called to 121 but they are refusing me give any information some time some executive gives me a service request no while I calling next time no request has been raised by anyone in my account.
Billing meter is still running according to prev. bill plan.

I have faced lots of problems in billing.
wrong charges are applied in the form of messages...
more then 200 messages is displaying in the bill whereas i have not done a single messaged.
And also one time charges is applied (100 rs).
kindly see to it.

Airtel Postpaid — Severe harassment
For my Airtel connection with no. [protected], no bill sent to me in time, bill plan changed to higher without any intimation, GPRS charges charged double after 2 bills, wrong charges in SMS & payments not accounted for. Estimated bill already paid, still connection disconnected from 60 days. I have lost many of the job opportunities due to the same & I am without mobile for more than 60 days. No service/customer care responding..
