I am not receiving my post paid mobile bills still now.
When I have converted my prepaid connection to postpaid I am not receiving my any one Original bill copy.
Last 3 months back I have complained then I get duplicate bill for one month.
With out seeing my mobile bill I am making payment but this month I am having doughty my mobile bill amount is high.
So please send my Original bill to my address after that only I will make my payment if your office is send the bill after my due date I will not pay the late payment fee.

i am unable to get calls from Andhra pradesh airtel cells.I already complaint about that.but no action taken till now.

am in monthly 249 kk 600 minutes plan last 4 months my plan have changed without my knowledge now its alright but last 4 months bill nearly 1200 rupess loss i want waiver i called seveal times customer cell but am not getting correct details really am dissapoint plese grant my loss
Sir, i m not satisfied with ur service, actually i m not getting any bills for the past 8-9 months, i told regarding tht but all in vain, then i activated my airtel account nd apply for the e-bill, but no response regarding that also. and now i m getting huge bills where as my consumption is very less, as i only make local calls and rarely sm STD calls. but no billing details so feel very annoyed with ur system. once i happened to check my billing details on net nd found that Rs 250 was added for some msg (activation charge of sm hello tune) which i never asked for, nd then i get that corrected by visiting one o[censored]r billing centre bt tht was jus accidental tht i checked the details on net, otherwise it wud have been like tht only. so it is desired tht u keep track of it nd send me my detailed bill on my I.d (drshivani.[protected]@gmail.com) This would be highly appreciated.

Airtel Postpaid — ACCESS BILLING
DEAR SIR,I AM USING AIRTEL NO. [protected] FROM LAST 9 MONTHS. BUT I M FACING A LOT OF PROBLEMS IN MY BILL. THEY SEND ME PROMOTIONAL MESSEGES, ND ALSO MAKE SOME CALLS, ABOUT SOME ATTRACTIVE OFFERS, WHEN I AGREE TO USE THAT OFFERS THEY START THE OFFER AND CHARGE A LOT IN BILL, RECENTLY AN EXAMPLE OF GPRS SERVICE, I USE THAT SERVICE FOR 3 DAYS ONLY, AND THEY CHARGE ME FOR THAT IS 1033 RS. SIR ITS REALLY A SHOCKING. PLEASE FIND A SOLUTION FOR ME, AND TAKE A IMMEDIATE ACTION TO MY COMPLAINT.

[protected] [protected] I have requested many times in last 20 days company customer care executives to adjust my last two bills according to 49 Rs local discount pack because this pack activated my connection from last year but without any request and information deactivated from my connection and requested also to talk any senior officer for this problem a senior call me that time I was in traffic so I request him to call after 5 minutes but they did not call again so please adjust my call rates of last both bills according this pack remove my late charges from bills and credit my security money in bills and send me a balance detail I will pay it as soon as send me on my email
