Airtel Postpaid Mobile, Karnataka — Unknown billed items

From past 2-3 months i am getting high bills. I dont understand how my usage has been consumed when i have 600 mins.
This is ridiculous and we have to fight all the time and becoming insane on this post paid connection. Please let me know what is the reason for this high bill and please deactivate if any feature is activated.

This is to bring to your kind information that I have not received my Bill for the month of Feb. and March. by email or by post though I have made several request to the customers service 121. I had opted for the bills to be sent by email and these are the following replies received from the Customers Service Operator.
a) Reason for not receiving the bill – Server not working ( March 10th) Operator Mr. Ravi
b) Bill will be sent by 8/9th March
c) Bill could not be sent because of not having the email ID ( Operator Mr. Shekar.)- Once again I had given my email address to him.
d) My registered request no. 27102787. Was told that I won’t be charged the late payment fee.
e) Sent an SMS to the Customers Service- recd the following unable to process your request. Plse try again.
f) Rec’d SMS stating that they have handed over your details of the bill to our partner.
g) On 10th. Contacted the Customers service on 247 at 1823. once again Mr. Ravi was on the line, when I asked him about my bills he simply hung up.
I am totally dismayed in the way the service are being rendered to a person who is keen in paying for the usage of the telephone service. Sending the amt. due by SMS is not acceptable and incorrect, when the Customer is entitled to receive the detailed bill. I therefore, request you to ensure that the bills are sent promptly and not to harass your clients.
If the above is not possible I request you to disconnect my telephone service with immediate effect.

I could not able to call customer care staff as when ever i press 9 it automatically says some command and gets disconnected.i have take this issue with higher officer and had a word with number of CC staff but no use. Still im facing the same my mobile number is [protected].
Please help me on this ...
