Hello Team,
I Would to inform that my I convert my Postpaid Mobile no : [protected] to Prepaid, All my due care clear. But sorry to say that your airtel team do not start my prepaid no, due to no verification of my ID Proof, which i handover to your Executive who collect it from me.
I Call many times to Customer Care but their is no response by them.Try to understand the problem, which I my facing from appro more than 10 days.
I also go to your ARC at Malviya Nagar to Submit my ID Proof for verification for above said no, but they reject to accept it and ask for go to south extension ARC.
And the South Extension ARC people said, submit your documents from where u got the prepaid SIM.
what will i do in the case.
I think this is a very bad service from your team.
If you do the needful, i would be very thanksful to you.
