Dear Sir/Madam,
Today date - 15th Jan 2011, I have charged 60INR for data services. I didnt make any request for this, or even I didnt get any confirmation from them that should I activate or want to use this service.
This is really frustrating and after talking to AIRTEL CUSTEMER care they simply said they cant refund it and I had to use this service.
It is really embaressing. I suggest no body to use AIRTEL's service, We should be thankful to MNP now.. guys change your AIRTEL number. I am really irritated now. I am not sure if any thing can be done for this. Was this information helpful? |
I'm using Our network when i start to use mobile.basically i'm from TN now i'm working in kerala.I'm frequently losing my balance.If i talk to customer care, they are not giving proper answer and simply they are rejecting my call if i call further.take immediate action on airtel services.and i would like to suggest to my friends here after dont use this services.this is my no [protected]
