Recently I got a bad experience from AIRTEL. Before jun22, twice I got msg – Recharge with 230 and get 206+24, 50 STD min. Then I conform that in “my airtel my offer”, then I recharged on 22 Jun @ 7-8 pm. As per the msg the 50 STD mins should be credited on before 25 Jun but, not credited. Then I called to customer care and registered the complaint ([protected]), they have given a due date on 29 Jun, 5 pm. Till 1 st Jul I have called to customer care many times for the same problem (ref ids- [protected], [protected], [protected]). Finally I spoke to supervisor, simply he said that there is no msg like that, so, I can’t do anything …
Till now I didn’t get the STD mins. Shall I feel it as a cheating, or a technical problem or something else? Whatever it, as per the msg please consider my problem and take a necessary step … Was this information helpful? |
