Self, A Central Govt. Employee, staying in Hadapsar for the last 25 years, obtained the said connection a couple of years back. While obtaining the connection, all legal documents were submitted.
I have received an SMS from Airtel to submit my documents (about 4 months back) again. When I was in the process of submitting the documents, I met with an accident and were hospitalized for about 4 months and during the period of my illness the outgoing call facility is discontinued. Since my husband is away from Home and I could not walk, I requested your people to restore the facility and I will submit the documents as soon as I recover from my illness. In spite of my repeated request, no action has been taken. In the meantime, I send to several mails to your Customer Care, Nodal Office and Appellate.Mumbai Office.
On 17/03/2012, I visited your Relationship Office situated at Shivam Complex, Hadapsar, Pune-28 (from Hospital bed), submitted the documents and signed relevant form, as per requirement.
On 19/03/2012, I promptly informed all Concerned about my submission of documents and I got "Always Readymade ssage that things will be sorted out in 24 hours/3 working days".
Till now, no action has been taken to restore the outgoing call facility.

AirTel — Restriction of Outgoing calls
Dear Sir,I have purchased SIM of Airtel during 2002 (pre-paid) having No. [protected] & using the same number till now and have never faced any problem, till date. During last year, I had received a message from your end to submit the document proof, ID proof & photo and accordingly I had submitted to your Belgaum College Road Office.
Now, on[protected], again I have received a message from your end to submit the documents & photo again before[protected]. Accordingly, I had submitted the required documents to your Belgaum College Road Office. They have accepted the documtns on[protected] only but, they have not filed any form in this regard.
Now, I have received a message from your end on[protected] stating " as the documents have not been submitted, your outgoing calls have been restricted". What is this.
I am using the same number since 2002 and receiving your messages too... why you are stopping the outgoing calls. I am a working women, outgoing calls are very much essential to me. Hence, please look into the matter and start immediately the outgoing call facility to my sim number [protected] & confirm the details per return.
