Airtel Service — Missed call Report without any confirmation

On 4 th November , I have received a message as

"Thank You for choosing Missed call Alert Service. Now never miss calls. You have been charged Rs 15 for 30 days. To stop service dial *321*8883#("free)
Date and time 04/11/10 12:1 pm "
from Airtel service no 55111015.

I never request to get this service. They have confirmed themselves and taken my charges when there is balance Rs12.39. Now my balance is -2.91. It is very big Cheating of Customers. I dont know how many Customers are cheated like this.
If they take steps about avoid these type Cheating then the Company is Good. I wish the Company to take steps for their good future.

Airtel — charges with out any confirmation

dear sir /madam,

iam shakti lohar, i ahve airtel sim card no [protected], from almost a most aitel have charges me around more than more 150 rupees. whereas i havent sent any confiramtion for the same. iam in Uk and why will i use those services from airtel whereas i get all those for free here. they saying that ia have subscribe for cricket scores and all those stuff. i keep getting messages from airetel evryday. around 2 sms everyday. and they cahrge me around 3 pers sms. and when i asked my brother to callup and ask about the same, they said me to stop the services by send sms to some toll free number, i also did that and i was charged 75 rupees from the same. I dont know waht to do? they keep saying we cant do anything, but this is ridiculus. could please help me in this matter,

AirTel — To report about the service of airtel

Hi..Folks...Nowadays Airtel Service is very worst..They are not at all Responding to the customer problems..Cant able to contact the customer care persons....They are not at caring about the customers..Even the offers in airtel is also worst..Whereas in uninor we ve to pay Rs.38 oly to talk to the other mobiles..But in airtel we ve to recharge for Rs.98..and that also it il be 10 paise..Really am feeling bad to ve this network..they are nt at al connecting the call..121 is the customer care number of the airtel..in that they il be cahrging fr 3minutes 50 paise like that..bt in other networks it il nt be like tht..198 and 121 is the customer care number in airtel..in both the things they are nt al responding..oly i can get the computer recording voice..it il say that,,we il connect to the person nu..bt in few seconds my call il be disconnected automatically..And also if we recharge for Rs.30,they il take 10 rs...but in other network it s nt like that...so plzzzz friens..u to have to register ur complaints..so tht they il provide gud service for the people.......plz co-operate frinz......
