In addition to this, one customer care executive has forwarded request to terminate one of my number when I had just asked them to cancel the advance rental plan.
I had deposted Internet Modem and Telephone insturment bearing connection No. [protected] on 20.10.2009 vide receipt No. 156975. Till date the connection is not deactivated. Necessary action may be taken to deactivate the connection. Proportionate bill for the period upto 20.10.2009 may be sent for payment. Early action is reguired.
I had applied for a Broadband Connection with the following Details: CEF NO. 1955985, on 17/09/2009, with the Plan SWIFT 1099 and for that I had Given a cheque of Rs 2750.00.
Due to some reason given by Airtel exceutive, the connection was not made and on the same day i was told by the sales person that I will get my whole money back. On 28/10/2009, I have got the Refund Cheque of Rs.750.00.
But till date against my paid money of 2750 I've been returned 750 and no one from their office is reverting back on situation.

I am so sorry i am not telling u my name but i have a very important information about two of your employe in your company he is working in agies gurgaon and his name is sandeep tiwari and vimal thay are staying in sonia vihar and thay still share your customer record to outside people and thay are recharging mobile for the outsiders and their own family no and himself too and most of the times thay charging money from the outsiders. So this is my personaly request to your company please sot these type of activity in your this big brand name company

this is the same prob faced at my place after non stop complaimts for several months i had no other option to change all my 7 numbers from airtel to vodafone

Airtel Mobile Services (Delhi Region) — No Service at all
I have been using four postpaid numbers from Airtel since 2003. All the numbers are almost 5-6 years old and I have used them at my same house I am living at now. All numbers are on ADVANCE RENTAL plans and 3 of them have 1 year subscription remaining.Since last month, I AM FACING a peculiar problem of network coverage and none of my numbers is working at my home. When at home, I can't dial nor recieve calls on any of the four airtel numbers.
Please note that all other networks are working fine there viz. Aircel, Hutch, Tata... (tested these)
I put first complaint on 8th September and nothing was done. On 15th september again AIRTEL asked me to wait till 30 Sep 2009 for resolution of this issue - saying that their network team will visit my home.
PRETTY SAD, I have never received a single call back from AIRTEL in last one month and I am desperately making complaints one after another. I am almost unreachable at home because I have no other number than AIRTEL.
1. I have recorded the conversation of 3 customer care executives admitting that my area has been
recognized as weak signal area (I have been using airtel at same area since last 6 years without a
problem).
2. I have a mail chain with [protected]@airtelindia.com wherein they are making false promises and not
giving any satisfactory reply. They admit their network weakness now at my place.
PLEASE TELL ME : If Airtel takes another 2 months to fix this issue, will I have to go without a mobile. I dont wanna change my number because I have already paid in advance for them, and secondly the numbers are very old.
and PLEASE SUGGEST how can I move consumer forum with this issue. I have almost 10 complaint reference numbers in last one month.
