[Resolved]  Amrapali Builder — dictator terms in flat agreement

Dear Sir,

I had booked one flat in Amrapali Dream valley project.last week i went to Amrapali office for Agrement.I had received agreement ,in that agreement one terms is dectator term which is not acceptable to me.As per term Amrapali wants that if some additional claim come from farmers in Noida extention than same should be recovered from buyer.THat term is not generic,in some agreement that clause is mentioned and and in some agreement that clause is not mentioned,so this is not accpetable to me.Yesterday we went to Amrapali office to resolve that issue but Amrapali representative has told that we don't have option rather than to accept the same.
We need your help in that regards.
